Take a free exercise class to help bring in a new you just in time for the summer season.
June 11 join us as we burn some calories with instructor LaDonna Hairston! She will lead a low-resistance, chair aerobics-style class.
With our partners from the Martinsville Henry County Coalition for Health and Wellness, we will provide information about smoking cessation and basic health screenings will be available.
After the class, there will be a walk around the YMCA track next door, to get those steps in or to close those rings on your watches. Bring a friend and we hope to see you there!
The class will take place on June 11 at 12:00 PM at the VA Museum of Natural History. The walk at the YMCA will take place shortly afterwards.
